Yoga, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense and Martial Arts, like any sport, involves a potential risk for serious injury. The techniques used in our video clips are being demonstrated by martial arts professionals and are being shown solely for entertainment purposes. The video slips are not a substitute for professional instruction and supervision, and no one should attempt any of these techniques without proper personal instruction from trained instructors. Anyone who attempts any of these techniques, under supervision or not, assumes all risks. Strong Heart Martial Arts LLC, BJJ2GO LLC, Joseph Westbrook and Michael Martin shall not be liable for any and all claims or causes of action arising out of negligence. Children under 18 years of age should not watch these videos without an Adult.
